Weekend Working

December is usually an easy month for me. However my boss made requests to people.. It's ok if these people can do his request by themselves. However most of the time, they would need the information they need from me! So it means more work for me.

Also new auditor started taking care of our work. So it means they had to figure out what the prior auditor did..Then they will request me to do something. I am still busy but when I was available, they didn't ask... But they asked me yesterday that it happened to be one of extremely busy day... Geeee...3 days delay compared w/ last year. All of a sudden it's happened to me yesterday. I am totally exhausted.. I need at least 10 bodies...

Anyway...fortunately my wife went out w/ her friend today. So I could come to the office and try to finish the work I need. After I came here, geee... bad timing.. I need the system.. but our server is down. I can't get the information from the system!! I am sooo disappointed and sooo irritated. Anyway it can't be helped.. I am doing 2nd priority which I can do at home, too. What should I do?? I need our system.. totally bad timing.

Pause...

Finally finished 2nd priority work.. It's already 8pm.. It's frustrating that my boss doesn't have the total picture at all..He doesn't realize his request means a chain reaction that involves a lot of man power. How can he create a chain reaction? How he is adding more work indirectly?? He totally didn't know.. It's good he is doing new things. Behind this, he is adding other people's work more than he expected... It's really too early to start busy season.
