Continuous Training
Ganjin (688-763). He came to Japan in February 754 from China (Toh). He promoted the growth of Japanese Buddhism.
As I mentioned, I attend a video seminar about Hiring/Employment yesterday. I still have to know a lot of stuff about employment.
It's not only employment but also other matters. We should train ourselves continuously. I know if we learned so many times and had a lot of experience on any matter, we might feel.. it's enough!! Why do we still have to learn about it again?? I know everything... If one starts feeling this way, it might be dangerous. We will be caught in a trap called over confidence. Since you learned so many times and have a lot of experience, there is always a reason why you need to learn again and make sure of everything again. Continuous Training.
So yesterday's video was very good and we could learn all topics roughly w/i one hour. But I don't think it's not enough if we watch only once. We should watch and learn it regularly and continuously. That's how we will be able to reduce the risk. It sounds like common sense, right? Even if we know it's common sense, it's hard to practice it because we are human.
