Halloween

Today we had our annual Halloween party at work. We were wearing costumes. But as usual.. some Japanese workers are so serious. It's not only halloween but other events... They don't want to join at all. I think they thought work is more priority.. yeah it's right.. but whenever we have something fun to do, everyone should join. Otherwise.. for my point of view, no cooperation and no flexibility.. In addition, I bet they can't do a good job, too. why? 2 reasons. 1. They can't create good working relationship. Unless you can work by yourself, our work is always under teamwork. In other word, they are selfish...narrow mind. 2. I believe our ideas sometimes came from playing. Always keep an open mind. Consequently..actually not only work but other activities.. We always need teamwork and flexible mind & action..

Anyway.. 2 years ago, I was a Jedi. Last year, I am a rennaissance man. How about this year?

I am an Oakland A's spectator!!! It's just my regular clothes.. That's why..whenever people ask me about my costume, I just said "oh.. I am wearing regular clothes.." yeah.. seriously it's my regular clothes when we went to the game. I had different idea for this year.. But since we are soo busy this October like parties and visitors, we didn't have time to take care of ourselves. Then I finally realized Halloween party is this friday!! just before going to Yosemite last weekend. So I was thinking about what to wear while in the car during our trip. Then I got an idea.. I just imagined we were in line outside A's stadium. It's normal sight for me..However if other people saw us, they might think our clothes are special. So keep my original idea for the following years.. then just wearing regular clothes.. But I still need accessories.. I planned to go and buy the accessories.. My wife went instead.. thank you!! I need original A's cap, gloves, ball, and headset radio, she bought them for me before halloween. So I am ready for today..

It was fun today.. How about your halloween?

Amazing!!

Wow they won 4 straight game victory.. If we count from division series, they won 8 straight game victory.. It's really amazing and 8 straight victory is new records in world series. Redsox became a champion after an interval of 86 years. Johnny Damon made solo homerun during 1st inning and Redsox was encouraged after that. Then closer Keith Foulke close this game.

It's really amazing and they are wildly strong. They finally break 86-year course.

Almost Halloween

It's almost halloween. I had a planned on wearing a costume.. However our weekend was too busy. Also last weekend..we went up to Yosemite. So totally no time to buy a costume. However I had another idea. It's almost regular clothes.. But it's good costume for me and more economical. Usually.. after we wear it once, we will not wear it anymore.. so it's actually very expensive...

In 2002 I was a Jedi (I thought I had more pictures including my solo picture.. But I found only these 2 pictures).

Yr 2003, I was Rennaissance mam (Somehow I have only this small picture. It's not clear to see the costume what I wore.).

So... What do you think will I wear this year?

Still secret.

Don't be too sure of yourself!

Redsox won again. Now they are leading 3-0. they are gathering strength every game. But..still never know.. we can't expect they will be a champion yet because this just happened recently.. Yankees are leading 3-0 in division series..then Redsox won 4 straight games after that. Who expected Yankees lost that time? don't be off your guard. Still incredible.

Tonite is game 4. Will the Cardinals show will-power? or will Boston be the champion? If Redsox will win tonite, they will be the champion after a win-less 86 years.

Let's see..

Upbringing

I am not sure what other people arethinking about. They might feel same way..They might feel nothing..

When we were waiting to check in at our Yosemite logding, it's happened again. While we were in line, a couple of people cut in our line. They thought since it's just for a quick question, it is ok to cut in line.. However they don't care if there were other people who were actually IN LINE waiting for their turn to be served, no matter what their business was in the counter. My wife's aunt told them to stand in line.. But they just said "oh no, we are just here to ask a quick question. "

If you were them, what would you do? For my opinion, I still stay in line even if it's just for a tiny matter, unless it's really an emergency like if there was a big accident and need to call 911 immediately.

Whenever I saw these people, I felt their parents didn't do a good upbringing. In Japan, we have morality class in school once a week. We read a textbook and debate about the topic. I like this textbook in the class. I read it so many times during breaktime and/or before sleeping time. So we only not learned what is good and what is bad from my parents, my relatives, and my neighbors but also we learned them from my teachers, my friends, and the classroom.

Whenever I saw people who had bad upbringing then I worry about the future because these people will take care of their kids and grandkids too and they will not care to teach them to be courteous and respectful of others. It's a bad cycle.. Eventually the world will be bad and all people will be selfish.

We have to stop this bad habit!! Some people still say.. That's why we have the church. The church teach kids good and bad... No!! If you have only this answer, you are just avoiding your social responsibility. The church will not be the primary responsible party for a delinquent child/adult. We are the ones who make the world good or bad. We are the ones who make our future. We are the ones who raise our kids ...So don't avoid these matters.

Japan Series

Unfortunately the Dragons couldn't be champions in the Japan series. The Lions won. From this year, Japanese baseball has set up the wild card from Major League. Lions came from wild card. Dragons almost got one. They were leading one game 3-2.. but yesterday the Lions won instead..So they are tied 3-3.. Then Lions won again.. Wild card team has so much potential. Same as Major League, Boston Redsox came from Wild card and they are leading Cardinals 2-0. But one can never know... We don't know what can happen between a match until the last game.

As I said in my early entry, I support the Dragons because the manager has a twisted personality. A twisted personality..it sounds bad.. but this can vary.. Usually this person has an own strong personality and belief. Doesn't matter what other people think and what is going on in the world. They know what is good and bad from their own belief even if other people thought that's an extraordinary idea. So this manager has his own vision, too. He just followed his way. Usually mass media followed his extraordinary way.. But it's not extraordinary for me at all because he just followed basic way and he controlled the players this way.. It's very simple. Three simple responsibility.

1. Batter : To get scores before other team gets one.
2. Pitcher : To protect these scores until the end of the game. In other words, don't give scores to the other team more than their own score.
3. Fielder : Not to do error.

That's it.. I think his vision is based on these 3 responsibilities. It's very simple and it's also common sense.. So that's why his team is strong. Unfortunately the Dragons didn't win this time..

After Dragons lost, he made a bow. When I saw this picture, I can feel his gentle fighting spirit and he will do it again next year.

Wind's path

This weekend, since my wife's aunt is in town for a week's visit, we brought her to Yosemite, Monterey & Carmel (my wife will write about it later.). On our way home, we stopped by Mitsuwa supermarket in San Jose and I bought a CD from Kinokuniya Bookstore. I finally got Rimi Natsukawa's new CD "Kaze no Michi (Wind's path)".

After I listened to all her songs, I felt confused. How do they want to put her in the market? Do they want her classified as just one of the J-POP singer(J-POP:Japanese Pop Music) or an Okinawan singer? I liked her last album "Okinawa no Kaze(Okinawa's wind)".

I thought...oh this is the one.. As long as they put her in this market, she will be a success. But I felt they brought her back to J-POP in this new CD. I might misunderstand..so I listened to them again. Now I can feel the wind. I can visualize the winds going around the world thru these songs. So now I realized this is not J-POP. This is not Okinawa music either. They tried to put her in a whole new market. I think their main concept is Asia. But it sounds like more than Asia. I can imagine a wind passing thru the world, specially by ocean, mountain, and river. They will be able to make a good music video too, I guess.

In conclusion, I say I can give this album a 4.5 out of a 5 stars. why did I reduce it by 0.5 star? Actually when I listened to it once, my rate was just 3 of 5. But when I listened twice, my rate increased to 4.5 stars. The reason is that I realized they put her in a new concept and so it feels more comfortable now. So why not a perfect rating of 5 stars? because this is still a risky challenge and because it took me a while to realize what they were trying to do. They may try to put her in Asian market in addition to Japanese market. Last year, she made Asian cradle song album.

Pregnant ladies liked this album and I think she did a concert for these ladies. Also I knew she did a concert in Taiwan and did well, too. It's not a rare case right now. But when I was learning how the music business worked before I went to college, this was my plan. If I own a music production company,I wanted to find and train artists. Then produce them in Asian market. Interesting.. how will she open up the market...

HIDENORI 57

My first name is Hidenori. On my lunchtime, I was checking Baseball Championship in Japan. As I mentioned in my earlier entry, I support the Dragons because their manager has a twisted personality like me. I was checking photos..of course this caught my eyes... hmmmm?

HIDENORI 57 ????? It's my name... I didn't know that.

His full name is Hidenori Kuramoto. He is the team's outfielder and this season he had changed his registered name from last name to first name.

Hibernation

After A's lost the division series, I am in hibernation. So I don't care which team will win and lose in the world series. But I think I need to wake up a little bit from hibernation because exciting moments are happening in this year's world series. Yankees and Redsox were tied at 3-3. Astros and Cardinals were tied 3-3. In Japan also.. Dragons and Lions tied at 2-2.

But yesterday, one match lost the balance. Redsox won yesterday's game.. So they will go to the next level. As I said, I don't care who wins or loses..but if I were one of the team's fans, which team will I support? I definetely will support the Redsox. It's a simple reason. Everybody want Yankees to win. If that's the case, I am always after the underdog and the Redsox came from Wild Card. That's makes me feel good, too. Plus I know a few players in Redsox. Closer Keith Foulke and Outfilder Johnney Damon used to play in A's. I know Giambi in Yankees is also played in A's before, too. This is just my guess becuase I am not familiar with the A's before. I guess. These 2 guys are not happy leaving the A's, specially Johnney Damon. He just stayed one season with the A's. I guess he was a so-so player at that time. But after he moved to Redsox, it seems like he is playing well, specially this season. If these kind of person is in the team, I want to support. I think I have a really twisted personality... hahaha..

Anyway...today is a match between Astros and Cardinals. Secretly I support Astros because Astros also came from Wild Card. Also, in Japan, today(Japan time : tomorrow), they have a match between the Dragons and Lions. I know the Lions came from Wild Card. But I support Dragons because Dragons manager is a twisted personality person--just like me!

Premium & Picture

If you've read my entry earlier , you might think " hmm?? I saw this photo before.. ".

Yes.. You are right. I was talking about this card in my entry on 10/05/04.

I was checking eBay during lunchtime. My routine... check Sacramento Rivercats...then Eric Brynes. As I said in my prior entry, I've never seen this card in eBay before. Luckily, I got one w/o any other person bidding. Then today.. I saw 2 of these cards in eBay. The starting price is ...oh my..it's more than double!!! But these cards are high mint..I think that's why it's more than double. But for me, I don't care how mint condition is. I just want to get a card. So I was still pretty lucky.

I saw Eric Byrnes is on the cover page of Oakland A's Magazine in eBay, too. I got this magazine when my wife and I went to see a game in August. I like these photos. I wish I could take photos like that.

But I took some good pictures, too. I wish I can have a professional camera. Anyway these ones are my favorite shots from my entry on 10/04/04.

DVD Recorder

This doesn't relate to my entry. This is an unopened JIB Oakland A's antenna ball. Pink small ball is blown bubble gum.

We have a DVD Recorder. It's very compact compared with the Video cassette tape recorder. Also of course picture quality is better than VHS. However there are major problems in having and maintaining a DVD Recorder.

1. DVD Disk : Whenever we buy a pack of DVD discs, usually 20% of these are bad quality disk. If you want to watch a finished disc on a regular DVD player, we first must finalize this disc. Otherwise we can't watch what we just recorded. This becomes a hassle sometimes. We keep recording various segments into a disk (to maximize the space)...but we often couldn't finalize the disk. We couldn't tell ahead of time if the condition of a DVD disc is good until we finalize it. It's sooo frustrating because if I am recording one TV show every week..maybe I can fit 5 episodes in one disk. So after 5 episodes (5 weeks), I am ready to finalize. More often than not, and with my luck, it will show an error. You know my 5 weeks' effort is totally gone and it makes me sooo disappointed.. If they have a repeat of the same show in the future, then maybe it's ok... But most likely...not. Once I still tried to finalize...then you know what happened next? this action broke the recorder!.. I had to send it back to the manufacturer to get it fixed. This trouble happened just 5 months after we bought the machine. The manufacturer said some DVD disk brands do not have good quality and are not compatible or not recommended for use on their recorder. Then they gave us a good/bad brand list for DVD disk. However...even if I use a brand that they said is good, the error still happens. I am totally lost.. Even if I recorded it using their good brand from their list, I still can't tell which will turn out as good or bad discs in the end. Recently I learned by noticing from its sound when the disc is running inside the recorder. I've been told I have really sensitive (radar) ears.. hahaha... when I insert a disk in the DVD Player, bad disk makes this funny sound.. So I am careful of the sounds, this way I could reduce the risk of running into errors later..But it's still not 100%.. I still come across disks that still has problems. Now it's not at the beginning or at the end of the disk...the problem is in the middle of the disk..Maybe I can record first hour.. After I stop and try to record different time and different day, I can't!!! it will show an error again..Once error shows, we will not be able to record and finalize this disk anymore. That one is hard to identify.. So I just pray.. please no trouble until I finalize...

2. Copying : You know...for example.. you attend a wedding and record it on video.. In this case..it's easy to dub from one video to other video. But DVD to DVD..you can't. They have copy protection. I know they are selling a DVD handy camera now. But this one can't make copy either ..for example you can't make a copy and send one to other members of the family even if you want to..I tried looking for a solution. Then I got an idea..I know we can record from video to DVD. So how about recording from DVD to video first..then record from video to other DVD. I couldn't...!!! They put protection for this way, too.. We can't record from DVD to video!!! geeeeee... I don't recommend to use DVD Handy Camera if you want to use it for your ceremony or memory. Too risky. Just do analog way... using video handy camera.

For these reasons, I am always frustrated to use DVD Recorder. Oh don't misunderstand about me. I have do have a sense of how these machines work and I know how to use it. I just can't trust 100% of this technology right now. I guess people who make DVD disk can't follow this technology yet. But storagewise.. yeah.. we can save so much space compared w/ video tape. I just use our DVD recorder for only this reason.

Encounter with Carlos Vives

When I am searching for new music, the first 1~2 seconds of the song is very important to me because if I couldn't get any impression from those first few seconds, I will not listen to the song anymore. I usually listen to new songs from demo tapes. It always turn out that whatever I feel about the music and the outcome of the album in the market is almost the same too. If a song doesn't give me any impression from the beginning, most songs will not do well in the market. I didn't mean they have to have a good beat. What I should say is... It's the spirit from the music that matters. If it's a good song, I can feel it from the first 1~2 seconds.
As I said, I recently haven't viewed my favorite show "Pepsi Musica". I think I have a reason. Pepsi Musica recently started. They used to call it "La Cartelera Pepsi". Former VJ Paula is very funny. I like her talking and hosting this show. But after they switched VJ and renamed the show Pepsi Musica, they've kept the show's format but the new VJ Karla is a little boring. She is a little weak for a VJ plus her tone seems to be always the same level and her actions look like a robotic program . If she didn't move her hand up and down, she couldn't talk. Obviously she is not IN to this show yet. It really makes me sleepy..a VJ is not a musician.. But I believe a VJ is also another kind of performer. If she wants this kind of job, she should go to an acting school and start with some voice training for VJ. So that's why I didn't enjoy watching this show anymore. Also since they set up their web-site where they list the top 20 songs, I really don't need to watch the show anymore. I really miss Paula and La Cartelera Pepsi.

Anyway this morning I did watch one that I recorded on TIVO from last week very quickly. I just listened to each songs for only the first few seconds..Otherwise skip, skip , skip until I get a good impression. Then my ears and heart caught this one song. Carlos Vives "Como tu". It's a nice Carribbean song..my body is into the beat too. I really wanted to hear his whole album.

Today my wife and I went to SF Downtown (see my wife's blog). My wife works in the financial district so she's familiar with the new things that are pretty much new to me these days. I haven't gone here for a while, so I am not used to it anymore.. just too much people..We had a chance to go to Virgin Records. I knew they have a Latin CD section on the 3rd floor, so we proceeded there and found the this album I've been looking for.

I expected his CD is good. Two years ago, our family best friend,P, rented me their CD, Dejame Entrar, once. I liked it.. but his song didn't come up in the top 20 that time. So I didn't buy it. However that was a really good CD. So I expected this CD will be a good one too. When we drove back from SF, we were listening to his new CD in the car. Yeah...all songs are definitely good. I couldn't stop dancing in the car, too.. hahaha...

I expected his songs from this album will come up in the top 20 from now.

Nice to meet you, Carlos Vives!!

Sushi House (San Bruno)

Sushi House in San Bruno

In early March of this year, my wife and I were looking for a Japanese Restaurant that we've never tried before. When we were driving in San Mateo Ave. in San Bruno, we saw this one restaurant that was very crowded. That day, we didn't stop by this restaurant because we already ate in another restaurant.

I was wondering why that place was so crowded. Then we finally went there one of weekend. Then I knew it... their price is cheap and the volume is a lot.. After trying this restaurant, we often eat here or just order to go.

This is a couple of tiny ceramic animals that I brought back from Japan. It will stand upright on their rounded bottoms --cool huh? it's another non-related item for this post.

After I quit eating meat (beef, pork and chicken), I started searching for new places to eat that do not serve meat on their menu.. Lunch specials for most of my regular places mainly serve food with meat. So I can't eat there anymore.. plus I don't want to eat any salad because I am not sure if they washed the veggies well enough.. So I needed to find food that's either cooked vegetable or any fish. I have a daily lunch budget, too..So I end up eating lunch from this restaurant almost 3 times a week...because the price is very reasonable. I usually ordered Saba Shioyaki (grilled mackerel)... They give you quite a big helping of the mackerel!! I usually d0n't eat there because I can save money for tip. hahaha.. So I order to go and eat at work. Then whenever I come back to my office, I showed people which food I ordered...They are also surprised..because the fish is a lot. ...so I've recommended this restaurant to them... Guess what?? they also now ordered there too.. hahaha..

I've never seen this place have a slow day.

If you live near SF International airport, try to eat here.. it's right for the budget and the appetite.

Seminar

(this does not relate to my entry. I just wanted to attach some picture)

Today I went to a seminar. My boss originally registered and planned to go attend it. Unfortunately big boss from parent Company came here and he needed to take care of him. So I went instead.

When I saw the seminar title, I was surprised... " Finance : Basic " ...hmmm? Did he still need these kind of seminar?? But turns out, it was actually a good seminar and I learned basic terminology for acctg again. Also I realized I needed these types of refresher seminars, too.

After I quit CPA firm and moved to this company, I stopped keeping up with the continuous training courses for acctg, too. There are two main reasons why I was not able to.. one is.. this current job, I don't find the need for it..since basically I am doing mostly same thing every day..every quarter and every year. As long as I know specific point, I really don't need a whole new set of knowledge as before. Second reason is I can't afford to go to these seminars. Usually these seminars are very expensive. So I stop for these reasons.. and doing my job as is. But you know.. I knew it's not right and I knew I need training myself... Sometimes I get surprised for myself because I realized I had forgotten quite a lof of things already. So today was actually a good thing that I ended up going to this seminar.

Truly said.. I really hated accounting. When I was in College, my major was Journalism. I simply liked writing and also I love the anything relating to music. Before I went to College, I studied music in school. Then I proceeded to major in Journalism in College.

However, one thing happened, and it totally changed the course of my life. My friend in the same class told me to take bookkeeping license test w/ him. I didn't feel like taking it..but he persuaded me and so I took it w/ him. Unfortunately my friend failed this test..and I passed it. Feel sorry for my friend..but I realized it's quite easy for me. So I proceeded to the next grade... I passed again. Then I wanted more and more.. Eventually, I ended up changing my major to Acctg and taking Japanese CPA Exam...

My college also taught us American Acctg. Then after I took classes, I totally lost the desire to be a Japanese CPA because Japanese Acctg was behind compared w/ American Acctg.. So that's why I came here to study American Acctg...

It's not good that I am forgetting a lot of stuff...I need to keep up and get motivated. I need to challenge my brain and improve my knowledge everyday..." Shisin wasuru bekarazu "

Epoch's Baseballboard

I got an e-mail from Amazon.co.jp . They said they opened a new toy store in their site. So I was checking this section during lunchtime and found this game.

Epoch's Baseballboard....

Wow...my favorite game.. I didn't know they are still selling this game. In my younger years, we played this game a lot. I didn't own one.. but you know.. whenever I went out w/ my friends, somebody always had one.. So practically I don't need to have one for myself.

This boardgame has a rectangle in front of the homebase.. this is a trick. When we tried to hit, this rectangle opens and the ball will drop under the board. It's called a "disappearing miracle ball". Why did they make one? because this idea came from our TV Cartoon " The Star of Tokyo Giants ". The main character from this cartoon was the pitcher..but he has a small body...So his pitch is quite weak. To make up for this disadvantage, he did hard training and made miracle balls. One of them is the "disappearing miracle ball". After he threw the ball from the pitcher's plate, the ball disappears just before homebase...then after homebase, the ball re-appears.. When we saw this one in the cartoon, this was really sensational. Some even seriously debated this on a TV show...if it is theoritically and scientifically possible or not. So that's how sensational it was. Then they made it into a board game from this original idea.. It's a very fun toy.

If the kids these days see this game, they may feel it's a classic and even slow and boring.. but for my generation, this was the equivalent of the video game these days. So we enjoyed these kind of games a lot when we were kids.

Rimi Natsukawa's New CD

Rimi Natsukawa is an Okinawa Singer. I believe she is the best singer..not only in Okinawa but in Japan. Her voice is incredible and heals the heart of the people. Whenever she sings, it seems like she always enjoyed singing and I also enjoy listening.

I know she usually releases a new CD during this time. But I didn't check either Amazon nor her web-site until today.

I wish I could order her CD now, but I can't because I can't get free shipping if I will not order more than a certain amount.. So I will wait until I come up with another item I want. I need $11.01 more to get free shipping!!

Here are her CD and DVD pictures. I like these pictures, too. It makes me feel like going to Okinawa. Recently, I also learned how to focus the photo objects and set the photo angles. These seem regular pictures... but usually regular pictures are more difficult to shoot I guess.

I can't recall when was the first I've heard her songs.. But I think it's in one of the various Okinawa singers'CD. Then I saw her singing on TV once. How beautiful her voice was!!! I like that she is singing songs in the Okinawan language rather than Japanese standard language. I can feel songs from the bottom of the heart if she sings in the Okinawan language.

I read this in the entertainment section news from yahoo Japan. her big hit song is still in the Top 100.. After 127 weeks, her song rerank in the top 78 ( Female Vocal ). It's 2nd longest seller CD in Japanese record history. The song is called " Nada Sousou ". Here is this single CD's picture.

It's really really amazing... and this is my favorite song, too.

While I was writing this entry, I am also thinking how I should discribe her voice. Just now I found an appropriate word for it...an angel's voice. That's how her voice sounds like.

2004 Leaf Certified Cut Card-Eric Byrnes

Last week I won after bidding on this card at eBay and I received it today.

This card was recently placed on the market and they only made 100 cards. So whenever I checked in eBay, this card is always a hot Eric Byrnes item. There are 2 types of card. One is w/ signature and other is w/o signature. Of course I am looking for one w/ signature. Some people put crazy price and bid so many times. So I was checking on the timing and for the cheapest price.. when I found a reasonable one.. then I bid for it. Unfortunately one person tried to bid.. So I couldn't get starting price. But the price was still better than others on eBay. So I am still lucky.

David Bisbal Concert Ticket on Sale!

David Bisbal will come to SF on 11/18/04 and today @ 10:00am, tickets for his concert went on sale.

Our home computer is so slow. So I went to the office to order 2 tickets for my wife and I. I prepared to purchase tickets before they started to sell in the morning. Then 5 seconds after 10, I finalized the sale immediately. However I couldn't get lower lodge!!! Geeee.. I just got upper loge. But it's still pretty good..cos it's on the 4th row on the 2nd floor. We went to the same venue when Juanes came here..however, this time, after I got the tickets, I realized the ticket confirmation I received by e-mail was wrong.. According to this ticket service company's info, 1st Floor is $ 35 and 2nd floor is $ 25.. So when I was purchasing tickets, I chose the best available seats for $25.. it's wrong.. 2nd floor's price range was $25-$35!! So I think Lower Lodge was for $35. If I was aware of this information earlier, I would have gotten the lower lodge seats instead.. next time I should get the info from here. So that's why I couldn't get lower lodge...argghhh...but still...I think our seats are still good.. 4th row and middle.. So I could see him in front still.. But I was just not happy about the wrong info from the e-mail!!! Also the reason why I couldn't get tickets for the 1st floor is because it's a general admission floor. It means no reserved seats. Mainly people stand in front of the stage.. If you want to be totally upclose, of course 1st floor is better... But I don't feel comfortable at all down there with the SRO crowd. So we chose 2nd floor. The lodge section is still very close.. When we went to Juanes' concert, we could see him very well from the same area.

I mentioned his concert to P.. First she said she really want to go and ask me to purchase her a ticket,too..But she realized she couldn't go that day... So I purchased only 2 tickets for my wife and I.

David Bisbal came from an American Idol type TV show in Spain. After he debuted, his song is always on the top 10.. Some people felt his voice is similar to Luis Miguel's.. Well.. I know Luis Miguel is famous...I've never really heard his songs.. So don't know... but a lot of people said that they sound similar. I've been checking his website constantly to see if he will have a concert in the US or not. But mainly he was doing concerts back in Spain.. I didn't expect he planned to come here so quickly.

Anyway.. I am still not satisfied with our seats but I am looking forward to watching his concert on 11/18/04.
